Well, there you have it. It has been clear for some time (as noted in my prior posts such as #msg-167814728) that Joshi has not been a bona fide COO—or any other kind of executive officer.

Joshi's nominal termination date of 3/31/22 was presumably negotiated so he would be able to keep the restricted stock that vested on 3/15/22.
