Turbodog, as of now that is not true. What GTEM does have is a structure with a rigid frame that has a fabric covering which contains gas bags that allowed it to float. That is not an airship That is the equivalent of a balloon. At some point in the future, if testing progresses successfully, GTEM may get to the point where they install and successfully use a "motive system". Short of that it is not true, as vern has said that, ""GTEM already HAS an airship".

An airship or dirigible is a buoyant aircraft that can be steered and propelled through the air. Unlike aerodynamic craft (e.g. airplanes and helicopters) which stay aloft by moving an airfoil through the air in order to produce lift, aerostatic craft such as airships (and balloons) stay aloft primarily by means of a cavity (usually quite large) filled with a gas of lesser density than the surrounding atmosphere.
