Robert Prechter has published monthly since 1979...5 years after he started at Merrill Lynch

right after the 73-74 recession and oil embargoes...back then license plates ending in odd numbers got gas on odd-numbered days

and even-numbered licensed plates vice versa...long long long lines...especially when the needle was past "E"

I was there personally

a lot of the less productive brokers drove taxis to survive the 73-74 recession

one even found a huge client from it.
