I understand what you're saying and know that indexes and funds are different beasts. Someone/something (even if it's an algorithm) at BlackRock did purchase 1,434,595 shares for roughly $12M (reported as of 12/31/2021) and that counts as an institutional buy - yes? "Yes but..." isn't an answer.

With your knowledge or connections with fund managers there - what is stopping them from increasing that overall BlackRock share count to put LWLG into the funds they manage? Is it revenue? Is it they've not even looked at Lightwave or know it exists?
If it's the latter and you're a shareholder have you shared any of the investor presentations that Lebby has given over the last 6 months with them? If not, why not? Providing info shouldn't cross any lines - they still make their own decisions as to what goes into the funds they manage.
