If the court finds the patents to be valid in one suit, I don't know if the validity can be challenged in a separate suit.



Correct me if I'm wrong again, but some RIT patents were already challenged and declared not obvious by Du. Yet Healthnet is rattling their sabre over RIT patents. Now maybe they are talking about other patents.
