For what it is worth... I just called and talked to Tony (CEO) on his cellphone (took a while to track it down). But anyways he was able to confirm that the company is still operating and he expects to be able to share details in the next few weeks.

It was a very quick call but made me feel a little better to know company is not defunct/belly up and they have a plan unknown to us.
