sort of what I was thinking, but you may not have to "CAR" the T cells at all if the antigen uptake and display is efficient enough. I would expect this is the design, to avoid the "CAR" expensive and hyperspecific part of CAR-T cells- instead just augmenting a natural immunological process ex vivo
