KAIH - I just called and spoke to Owen Naccarto, the securities counsel for KAIH. He is a great guy and we had a nice talk. He said to expect multiple press releases in the coming week.

They are working on an audit.

He said the company is expanding. He meantioned that they supply glass for Corning.

In summary, he said to expect some nice press releases with much more information on H&H Glass Inc.

NOTE: THERE WAS A TYPO IN THE PRESS RELEASE
HE SAID THEY WOULD ISSUE A CORRECTION.

"The terms of the acquisition includes a payment on approximately $8 million in common stock."

SHOULD BE

"The terms of the acquisition includes a payment OF approximately $8 million in common stock."
