Nasdaq and otcmarkets showing under35mil OS. TD Ameritrade

shows Market cap 112.2M

The simple formula is Market cap = PPS X OS
112.2M = 3.21 X just under 35Mil

Imho there has been no dilution in the sense of the OS increasing otherwise the Market cap would be much much higher…

Prove me wrong with a link or updated ss if you want. The math is the same formula. You could do Market Cap/PPS = OS.

Show me a link with OS or market cap and I’ll do the math.
