Of course not, but the SEC considers the OTC as knuckleheads screwing over other knuckleheads and it has to be particularly egregious for the SEC to file a complaint.

DRNK is such a small pump and dump that no one cares. The SEC depends on those doing real DD to send them a detailed report and do all of the heavy lifting.

I have been exposing the scam since December 2016.

Look at the Mersky history of false and misleading information about a new product etc that never come to fruition. The guy is a serial scammer.
