I believe that the company was clear about the fact that they couldn't data lock the trial until the SAP was accepted by all regulators. I then believe the company locked the trial several months later. I still believe that one plus one equals two.

The company was surprised when Clinical Trials in Europe and the U.K. was updated, then they realized it was the regulators there who were responsible for doing so, they couldn't prevent it if they wanted to, once the SAP was accepted, it would be changed.

You can fight about these facts if you wish, but it doesn't change a thing, we do have an SAP that's been accepted by all 4 regulators and that's how the trial will be judged. I cannot say how they'll arrive at what historical data is, but I believe by any judgement of 3, 5, or 7 year survival we'll blow away any data they can find.
