Ihub SHOWS this timestamp, but it did not appear on ihub until 4pm, that is why there was ZERO discussion on this huge event here until 4pm.

I find it quite ironic that there actually is discussion on what time the news came out as if it were more important rather than discussing the 1 billion in new shares that are coming our way!

Will RGBP announce that they defaulted on their debt! Would that be a material event???

Instead maybe RGBP will put of a PR about what time they released the news? That would be pretty funny! Hey, important things first!

Congrats on the dilution RGBP!

Remember, the dilution is for a REASON, so dilution is "okay"! Instead, usually, dilution is for no reason! lol (this is a great example of why I love to follow RGBP... business comedy)
