The screenshots you keep attaching are NOT dilution. They are prior debt conversion shares from before the ENZC / Bioclenetics merger.

All of those were already included in the authorized and outstanding share counts prior to the merger AND ARE NOT DILUTION when they were sold.

These have long ago become part of the open market shares.

You are confusing prior share debt conversion with dilution which are two separate things.

Dilution is a company adding shares to the share structure which is why dilution will show the outstanding shares rise. Which HAS NOT happened here.
