The OTC money only chases , so a PR will send it , I tell my followers never to buy @the ask MD never in large blocks otherwise will raise the PPS and make it more expensive to accumulate, so I like it to fishing , I believe that's how all of us built large positions.

And back to the RM , I feel like the VC could raise money , and use the AS of $BRSE to RM merge any one of the pre seed companies into it . And the fact Chris moved the BRSE office to San Juan PR, where the VC is based makes me believe this is a strong possibility
