"If we are successful in finding commercial quantities of hydrocarbons in Israel, 6% of our gross revenues from production will go to fund two charitable foundations that we established with the purpose of donating to charities in Israel, the U.S. and elsewhere in the world."

All this time, and I never realized the charities Zion Oil was going to be giving the royalties to was themselves. They hid it by creating TWO divisions of charities to take the royalties. Thus, most of the time you read it you would assume they were giving 3% to this charity, and 3% to that charity. Not both to themselves.

These guys are not ethical.
