HDICK's vote would NOT have mattered for merger vote because Frank took control when he bought the JPEX Shell! And of course made sure he had Full Control with Special Series A 5 shares with each share convertible 2B = 10B Common Super Votes.

So if it's not about the HDICK's shares he received for his supposed consulting services (hmmmm!), case closed! My thoughts were just held up to see what HDICK shares are legit. HD wanted all plus some compensation around $330k. Which either way, the RM will take place!
