NOT necessarily. Blatantly calling someone a lier if you know for a fact that they're not is TOTALLY different than just saying you think they lied about something while there's ZERO evidence that he didn't.

So, if he didn't lie about Mjlink being sold, why is there no SEC filings???

I think he made a mistake by saying it in 1st place whether or not it's actually true. It's VERY bad and shareholders DON'T like it when they feel like they've been deceived by NOT following through with something you say.
