CKYS just got busted by the SEC for their claims of government contracts in exactly the same area that Downs has been lying (secure flash drives).

Downs has likely gone into hiding because he obviously believes he is next. He has taken the assets out of the company just like cashraider said and tried to sheild them in Yassarstein's hands in the guise of WSA. We could wake up anyday now and find out that Downs has been hauled in front of a judge and an IDWD Level 2 looks like CKYS does today.

Nada. Zip, Zero.

The smart money has been bailing for two months.
