I dont see where UOIP is listed as an intervenor in the CBV case to get paid after the inventors case is decided. It seems that Deirdre inserted herself in as an intervenor in order to get paid. It would seem that UOIP would have to listed and represented to have a chance to get paid. It remains to be seen whether a shareholder action after this is decided would be able to stop distribution of the settlement until the case is heard.
