Agree on repeat PR. With the temporary injunction in place, Frank has to be very careful about what he says publicly.

You'll notice that the PR yesterday does not mention specifically who authored it, nor who submitted it for publication. About as close to an anonymous PR as you can get.

Agree with you that it was Frank's way of trying to reassure JPEX shareholders. Although the effect on share price was not large, it at least got JPEX shares out of the 004's. Remains to be seen if $.005 can now serve as support for JPEX shares. Trading today will be very important in that regard. <jmho>
