Isn't that the whole point~? His shares ARE worthless blanks.
He got shafted by Caywood not once, but twice. No monetary recoup and his shares are bogus blanks. Caywood declares bankruptcy and deals Hovendick a few Jokers from the bottom of the deck. This injunction of the merger is bogus.

Really think that is why the repeat PR came out again today. A reminder that THIS MERGER IS GOING THROUGH DESPITE ANYTHING Hovendick does.

Really hope his shares are milk duds.
