I stand 100% behind what Doreen e-mailed back to CWG as being valid... why?....here are some reasons

(1) there is no economic interest to fake information if someone is not expecting a return...if those who did not sign releases, then it has been 14 years since the receivership... where are the lawsuits?

(2) the majority of posters on this board are expectant of escrow returns, so they would not fake e-mails

(3) if some one faked this e-mail, then they were using Doreens e-mail address.... Doreen has not since corresponded to CWG to refute her testimony

(4)...the charge by both Doreen, and the WMIL-T FAQ make the same reference that there were posters on message boards who were posting false information about escrow returns....this cannot be a coincidence. this charge is coming from the same source...... Doreen is a trustee of the WMIL-T , as writer of the e-mail, and the same charge jibes in both cases...

(5) so, to the contrary, no one has yet dismissed her e-mail as false with definitive proof, and so her testimony must stand as being valid.... Post#681669...... Lodas
