This financing was a planned dilution strategy to dupe shareholders into thinking it was debt that would be paid off, and it worked. Kook-Koos is smart when it comes to these things. He knows his audience.

Tomorrow, default would be declared. It will be fun to see if Mr "Let's PR stuff again", actually PRs the default. I'll wager large that he won't. It WILL have to be mentioned in the March quarter financials.

The worst pinks never go bankrupt, because they don't have traditional debt, it typically is paid via dilution.

Dilution is the number 1 concept of the pinks that pink shareholders fail to, let's say, "embrace". Not ONE shareholder will have a serious concern about the dilution.
