Petemantx, the problem may be with Sinopec, they have limited deepwater drilling history in West Africa or anywhere. Addax intends to drill 2 or three wells simultaneously that would be tougher to do in this rig market. A well may be easier to go March or April but two wells or three at a time may be much tougher. The rig market is close to 100% utilization for offshore. However, watch out for the rig on Agbami, no real info after 2007, the name is called Sedco energy or something close.
the dolphin seems to be going to Benin and Ghana not the JDZ but we will see.
