The Pretzel Haus (GRLT) updates mid-month March results | Press Release | 03/17/2022

GRILLiT (GRLT) would like to update our shareholders on the strong performance of our initial Pretzel Haus location in Carrollwood, FL. March continued on the success reported at the end of February. When comparing the same 12 day period in February to the same 12 day period in March, order volume is up 86.8% in March and sales were up 111.8%. The average ticket has grown 19.2% from February. What we are seeing is a strong growth of the daily sales of weekday orders as well as the size of on-line orders. We are very pleased about these results as we are consistently beating the original sales estimates projected in our business plan. We are nearing the final stages of getting our beer and wine license from the State of Florida which we project will boost the average ticket another 35%. We cant wait to add craft beers to our menu and extend our daily operating hours while being open 7 days a week.

These are exciting times as we continue to improve our initial Pretzel Haus location and deliver on the vision of creating a fun place dining experience that will be expand regionally, then nationally and develop our franchise model.
