Establishing SIGMAR1 mRNA expression as an accepted biomarker in and of itself was a goal.

Establishing mRNA as a biomarker for one disease is helpful. It will still have to be established as a relevant biomarker for each additional disease

How regulatory agencies define the parameters of success for such expression is still to be determined.

2-73 is laying the groundwork for the design of future trials. I believe we will see 3-71 trial design to be far more efficient and faster by using an agency approved basket trial approach.
