I'm uncertain if options can't be established on an OTC company, I believe it's up to the CBOE. Anyone know for certain.

I believe that once we're into the $5 to $10 range you'll almost definitely have the Annual Meeting, more shares authorized, and dilutive funding unless there is a partnership announced with the increased share price.

Unless some exemption is granted I believe we must trade above $4 for some period of time in months before we can move to either NYSE or Nasdaq. On the other hand, the AMEX still only requires $1 I believe, if we wished to take this intermediate step we could do so much quicker.
