I'd wager that he's doing exactly what his former BIL accused him of - spending sister's part of the inheritance to shield it from their divorce proceedings.

Even with absurd conversion rates and usurious interest rates, I don't see how he intends to recoup their/her investment...look up "circling the drain" in an encyclopedia, and you see the MP logo.
