I overreacted myself on SMDM, just to correct my record. I'm back in as noted here:

I thought I made a mistake, got spooked, but then realized I was reading too much into something. Which maybe is what our YBCN seller did. Thank you for your shares, whoever you were. Or, could simply have just been a margin call on their part. It would be the prudent kind of stock to choose if one had to make a choice.

I say if we don't see a filing within 2 months, we'll definitely have a 10K filed by May at least to have something good to peruse. I really don't see them defaulting on that obligation with as much time, energy, and money invested in their cause at this time.
