There is nothing left here. Downs has taken all the assets out of the company and the company's offices are now a one room executive suites arrangement with no employees at work.

With an outstanding share count somehwere around 70 million or more, this stock should only be worth sub-tenth of a penny. The only thing keeping it up for the time being is the fact that not all of Downs's stock is off restriction yet and stalwarts like Mike do not want to take a big hit and have to admit to themselves that they have let a convicted swindler scam them.

It will take some time, but this stock will probably gravitate towards sub-penny by the end of the year.
