Well, what can we do? The management needs to be replaced because either they are failing on the strategic thinking side or execution side.

Their strategy in Oct 2020 PR was TLD with publication, and they reinforced that message in the March 2021 PR with TLD expected in coming months. Either they didn’t anticipate the challenges ahead with publication (strategic error!) or they have failed on the execution side with 18 months post data and no signs of publication. Both are serious issues and unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened with this management. They will always find ways to point to the outside world (slowness of FDA, peer review process slowing down, short sellers, etc), but fail to take the responsibility for their decisions and actions. How many times will you give them the benefit of the doubt?

I personally won’t be around with a significant investment in this company this June-July time frame when the ASM might occur. But I would be very reluctant to vote for any initiatives they propose and in fact lobby for change in guard, provided there is no data by then. It’s ridiculous how they are running the company and treating shareholders!
