Hardly. There’s much in this case that has great portent for other cases down the road.

If DBMM is allowed to get away with not filing for almost three complete years with no sanction being assessed? That will create giant precedent for other companies not wanting to adhere to the filing regulations.

Every scammy company not having enough money to file (or simply not wanting to file period) would point to DBMM as having gotten away with it.

This case is not simple and I’m amazed that the SEC has not sanctioned DBMM yet.

1. DBMM did not file required financials (for WHATEVER reason) for a period of almost three years. They admitted to consciously making the decision to do so.

2. DBMM was not sanctioned as per regulations.

3. The fact that DBMM made efforts to catch up on filings and to attempt to subsequently file on time has no bearing on the FACT that they were delinquent in filing.

DBMM needs to be sanctioned so that in the future, other companies won’t feel it’s their “right” to file any time they damn well please.

This is the exact reason why this case is taking extra time to be ruled upon.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
