Yes, the DBMM website can be accessed by the public, so I guess that any “update” made on it can “technically” be called a public relations document.

But the plain fact of the matter is, only people who go to the DBMM website see it.

Whereas a LEGITIMATE PR is seen by some whom might have never even heard of DBMM. THOUSANDS more investors see real PR’s.

But a legitimate PR costs money to publish.
