and start ramping up and offering the commercial sales of DCVAX L until after topline is released.

Now they are COMMERCIALLY (SO not because of reasons to provide trial patients or to have patients that could not be served during the trial or whatever compassionate use) no again COMMERCIALLY thus for PROFIT SELLING DCCAX L to patients while sitting on unblinded data without telling patients and their MDs if the expensive trial is efficient and in what manner just leaving them to guess.
