Is That the WMI Preferred Managing Sub, pre WMB seizure & WMI's BK, and then transitioned into the WMIH Preferred Managing Sub after the Implementation of the Reorganization ?, managed by WMMRC the PMI Insurer (now dissolved) ... ? ... Was and Is', SEC site Documented and Available and yet Disregarded ? "Why" ? I think it is important' ~

I'm just reporting my own findings' as I continue to dissect the SEC submissions' ... the WMIH Preferred Managing Sub, was used to pay KKR's 3% Quarterly Cash Coupon ?, as well as Paying Off the Run-Off Notes' ...now with WMMRC (the PMI Insurer) Dissolved ? ... I believe it is cause for concern within reality' is all ...

as far as the underwriters ? ... that was always a part of the DCR', now all done' with the elimination of the "wmi-lt" ... I follow KKR' a bit closer' ... They Are The Ones That Proved That The Assets Exist' ... (present tense)
