But you really dont need to have manufacturing capacity to release topline data and a publication. If the data is steller it would send the SP above $3 after being disclosed. With the last 40 million shares or so sold at $3, they could build the hell out of commercial manufacturing capacity and then some before submitting BLAs and survive 2 years extra.

So I never understood/believed this premise.
No I personally believe they are having problems getting it in a top tier journal and LP is stubborn like shit refusing it to appear in JTM which would probably be arranged in 3 days.
