Pumper, I don’t know where you are getting your info from. Malone Bailey is the auditor. Because of the complexities of a business combination with a 251g merger the company hired a consultant to come in and review all the notes and determine if there were derivatives. There is no “new” auditor and it seems like to me the company has gone to considerable expense to make sure it’s right.
