bidmark, you're correct he sees the bigger picture no nickel and diming for anyone who is an activist they look at how many shares they need to own to be at a certain level of ownership. They basically have a trader working with a prop desk, (probably GSCO) who handles Sarissa's acct. the Sarissa trader is glued to the monitor and watches every tick then gives him orders as he sees fit for their portfolio.
