You make a good point. I see it in 4 different ways and I won’t go into the details of each scenario because it took me over a year to develop my perspective. But in general they either got rejected a few times, took time for data to accrue to more completely tell the story (think Stupp), had additional time before applying to a final agreed upon journal because they wanted some manufacturing issues to catch up to align, or they simply were having deep discussions with insiders in the field and their hired guns including regulatory lawyers, etc. and wanted all of those consensus leaders to agree on the path. Any one or any combination is fine with me; I’d welcome any of those reasons. And yes, I believe weeks if not this week
