Seems to be a possible sub of WMIH-Corp or tied into a new company being formed for benefit of the Estate holders. To me it is clear with all the names connected such as Charles Smith that this could be a new company set up to have other Old subs of WMI that have been reactivated – all with Charels Smith as acting director.

Do you also see this company was formed for the benefit of Estate holders?
