Yak, this is beyond fantastic news. The article is so professionally wrtitten and very positive in it's presentation of the tower and all the issues it solves. This is big time!!!

I am embarrassed that I can't figure this out. But since I don't know, I am just going to ask. When and how as a CGEI shareholder, do I benefit from all this exciting news? 15 million has come in to aradatum but the cgei stock price has not moved. What did the folks that pumped 15 million into aradatum get for their money?

Are the folks with the 15 million getting ownership shares of aradatum? And we are going to get a ownership share of aradatum for every share we own of cgei? Will they spin aradatum off as a private company or public. If it is a private company how do I cash in if I decide I want to?

A lot of questions. I feel a little dumb for not knowing the answers. IF anyone has some insights or even good guesses, I would like to hear them.
