chemist72, this is what I've deduced from all that was posted and from all I can ascertain:

Judge wants this merger to go through, so it seems this is not totally connected to the merger portion, however, this issue seems to be between Hovendick and Caywood. That it involved a company, $JPEX, once owned by both fellas, full stop on THIS merger until other hearing between principals (Hovendick and Caywood) is over.

Judge has to suspend the merger of $JPEX into VeeMost temporarily until the other $JPEX matter is resolved between Hoven and Cay.

This has nothing to do with Alpharidge/Frank/VeeMost.

Just my take. If anyone thinks I'm crazy, you aren't the first.
