Knowing for sure; maybe knowing; and not knowing.

I. What I know for sure.

I know for sure that Alpharidge was awarded custodianship of JPEX by the Nevada Court Judge.

I know this because the Judge signed an order regarding this on July 7, 2021.

I know for sure that Hovendick filed a countermotion that was denied by the Judge.

I know this because the Judge vacated hearings that were to be held on this motion. The hearing was vacated on 2/24/2022.

I know that Alpharidge was discharged as custodian by order of the court on 2/10/2022.

Finally, I know that an order to enter a final order was also approved by the Judge on 2/10/2022.

II. What I think I know.

I think I know that the court is waiting for Alpharidge to file a motion to close this case.

I think that this is why this case hasn't been officially closed yet (case status still listed as "OPEN").

III. What I don't know.

I don't know why Alpharidge hasn't yet submitted a motion to the court to discharge this case.

I don't know whether Hovendick's Temporary Injunction against Alpha will be made permanent.

I don't know whether Hovendick has any other motions up his sleeve to delay JPEX from acquiring/merging with VeeMost.

Finally, I'm not sure if the Temporary Injunction that was granted on 3/8/2022 has any effect on the custodianship case that still remains "OPEN".

So that's my summary in a BIG nutshell.
