The company has indicated they would do an offering after TLD. Just TLD alone will not be able to sustain the price at a high level alone but a combination of news such as BLA or MHRA approval would give an added boost. So instead of getting $5 - 7 (not saying this is TLD price) will be leaving a lot on the table if other milestones were released more or less simultaneously. They have about 100M shares ( correct me if I'm wrong as this comes from memory) left and unless there is a buyout in the works, this means a difference of possibly hundreds of millions in the company coffers.
