OTCMarkets seems to have a different opinion. They reported 35 mil shares short some 20 days ago. Then they reported today that someone covered 10 mil. BTW, I said someone was covering and the experts said I was wrong. Turns out I wasn't.

As for dilution, yep, there is some dilution, but more manipulation. The dilution can be seen in the S1. It isn't from insiders as many want us to believe.
