um, for a multitude of reasons.

but here are the two BIG reasons why:

A vendor review (review of the software vendor,financials, sales, company history, stability) reveals that SFOR is a terrible company with horrible sales, and products years behind the competition.

They're not even eligible for govt use... For software to be used by our govt they need to be registered with SAM. And sfor is not even registered, so not eligible for govt use.
