I guess someone who doubts that it's coming soon? I hate to think of all the money that was missed by those who have held this thing month after month, thinking it was going to sky rocket any day.
I still think it's worth a play, but the days that I thought it would go to .50 upon Certification have long passed.

True Long: I don't have the time to be active, or I screwed up.
Nothing honorable about holding a stock you think will fall.
