the answer to your question about escrow returns hinges on one seminal question............Rosen said that WAMI holdings had no Safe Harbor assets in his final WMIL-T FAQ, just recently published, and I referred to many times on this board.... was he lying?....if he was lying, then where are the lawsuits from hedges?.... I am sure they could have found the money trail.....If Rosen was in fact telling the truth, then these 10 years of waiting has been for naught....lets say he was lying about safe harbor assets, and they were in those redacted documents handed to the court, presided by JMW....she signed off the Chapter 11 as Fair and reasonable for POR 7, was she complicit with Rosen's lies?....I don't think so, because the chapter11 was never contested... so, bottom line is this: until someone can debunk Rosens statement about WAMi Holdings never had safe Harbor assets, and were sold off to GSE, then it can be assumed that there were no Safe Harbor assets.... simple as that..... now mods, you can go ahead and delete this message....
