I am contacting you on behalf of the shareholders of DBMM Group.
Our question is, are you able to update us on the status of where we stand regarding the expected
return to OTC Pink and the CE removal. The reason we ask is because today marked
the self imposed 90 day deadline extension for the SEC Commision to make the final decision for the
review of our case. So far we have not heard a dickybird. Is this just incompetence
on their (SEC) part or deliberate obfuscation. Shareholders would like to know.

We know you are working diligently to resolving this matter but right now we are in limbo and
would appreciate an update at your earliest convenience.
