I don’t know how many times this has to be said before it FINALLY SINKS IN but - I’ll give it one more try.

The extension is NOT a deadline. No matter how many posts here say it is an SEC “self imposed” deadline - IT IS NOT.

It’s an estimate by the Board of when interested parties MIGHT SEE a ruling.

See anywhere in there where it says “Litigants and interested parties will absolutely see a ruling on this case by March 9, 2022”???

Nope.

It says a ruling MAY BE seen.

How many cases have been highlighted here that show MULTIPLE extensions??

Many.

Anyone who thought this did not have at LEAST a CHANCE of seeing more extensions was not looking at it realistically.
